I brought my truck to Troutmans by accident actually! Long story short, they took my truck in with no appointment thinking it was their mistake. After I figured out what happened and called to tell them, they did the job anyway and did it beautifully. We're very happy with the rhino lining on the bed of our truck. I'm so glad my mistake turned out to be a blessing! Thank you!!

Had a gooseneck hitch installed months ago. Was never called when product came in. I had to stop out and schedule appointment. Also, asked for an appointment for a leveling kit on my truck as well. The guy working there said Alan would call me. It’s been 5 months and no phone call. Extremely poor communications.

I got seat covers and floor mats again Awhile back, forgot to leave review. Only took 2 days to get the floor mats. He has the seat covers I wanted in stock and installed them while I was there. Great service n great prices. I recommend him all the time.
