A great experience from beginning to end at Triple Crown Collision after I had a parking lot fender bender. Dealing with any sort of car issue is always stressful and while other places made it worse when they said they wouldn't look at my car until the following week, Cierra at the front desk got me in touch with Steve the owner and he came in on his day off to meet me that afternoon. They were both so warm and friendly, they instantly put me at ease. I was unsure as to what steps I needed to take and Steve walked me through opening the claim with my insurance and got me set up with a rental reservation. He handled all the communication with my insurance company in regards to getting them out for an estimate. He said he would have my car ready in a week and it was ready in five days! It looks as good as new and they detailed the inside as well. I'm so pleased with the quality of work and the quality of customer service I received. Communication was clear, quick, and exactly the right amount - keeping me updated without bogging me down with details as the work was ongoing. I will definitely be recommending Triple Crown to anyone who asks!

These guys did an excellent job of transforming my wrecked car into "good as new." They went above and beyond, not only erasing the accident damage, but also repairing several other items that needed attention. The interior was miraculously cleaned! Great experience from start to finish! Seriously a great group of guys, they have very high quality standards. I happen to meet Steve the owner a few months prior at my Lexus dealer, he's a really good guy, he took very good care of me. He also made sure to use all OEM parts for the repair which is great considering many shops will try & use all aftermarket parts to save money. I got my car back in a little over a week & my car looked amazing when they were all finished, I was very impressed with their work!
