First time here and great experience overall. Came in for oil and transmission fluid change. When I called to schedule they were able to get me in the very next day. Their online system is fantastic - timely communication as well as real-time pictures of the work they are doing on the car; I really liked seeing the screen readout that showed my battery was in good condition for example. The color coding and detailed explanations on the Inspection Results report is fantastic and very easy to understand, and helps you to see why they might be recommending additional services. Pricing - for any reputable place - is going to be equal to the value and overall quality you receive (you get what you pay for). So I feel the pricing here was fair overall, relative to the quality of the work done, and probably a little less than if I had taken my car to the dealership. Plus, they do have specials and discounts that are really helpful. Staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and I will be back to support this local business!

We're new to Turner and the guys at Trinity got is in for service the very next day. They let us know what they recommended in a very low-pressure way and even better, they completed to recommended services that same day so we were able to get back on the road. I had heard good things about them, which is why we went there, and they definitely delivered on the hype.

We were blown away by Trinity's Quality Auto Care, Turner location. Not only were the guy's top notch! Their customer service is amazing, they got us in FAST and were more than efficient fixing our work van quickly getting us back on the road. Which as a small business owner is a big deal. We will definitely come back to them with all our automative needs.

Scheduled maintenance. This is where we get our vehicles serviced. If you are looking for a great vehicle maintenance. I recommend Trinity’s. March 3, 2025 scheduled for maintenance synthetic oil change and tire rotation and troubleshooting the VTM-4 Lock system. Another outstanding job completed by Trinity’s team.

I just got my 2013 MINI Cooper back from Trinity Auto Care. Feels and drives like it is brand new!!! As they have with my wife’s Forrester, quick turn around, excellent communication, including all recommendations based on their initial free inspection and waiting for me to okay each one before they started. Trinity Auto repair is our only mechanic now. Because they are the best and friendliest in the Willamette Valley!!
