Under new ownership. The new people are not very helpful or nice for that matter. They have their mother answering phones and saying one thing about the price and the mechanic will say something higher. Will blame mother for not knowing what to do. Why is this person answering phones? The mechanic will then do unnecessary work without your consent. Charge you for the whole thing too. They keep your car forever when they have it too. When you call to inquire about it, they will say they have a list of cars ahead of you. Something that they didn't say when you dropped it off. *STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE*

Giving a huge shout out to everyone at Trinco Auto Repair! started having problems with her 2020 jeep Friday evening. I called them Saturday morning and they said to stop by. They ran diagnostics on it to find a problem with the rear hub tone ring. They took it in and got it fixed Saturday evening and we just picked it up today. Not a minute of work missed or finding another way to work because of their hours they put in. Thanks Steven and guys, it's greatly appreciated!

My car still needs to be fixed. I took it in because there was a dragging sound on the front driver's side of my can, figuring it was my break even though it had been done less than five mo beforehand. Well, they called and told me it was only my bumper hitting my tire and asked if I wanted to do an oil change because it was almost time. I said okay. So. later that night, I went to pick up my car, which was dead. A guy out of the garage jumped it for me, and I left, went home, and came out later that day to go to the store. Well, my car was dead again. So, I called the following day and told them what was happening. The lady said, "Well, it could be just a coincidence, and I could bring it in to get looked at. Well, I told her I could not. It was dead, and she told me she would talk to the guys out back, give me a callback, and let me know when they were free to drive out to check out my car. Well, this was at 9 am. By 10:45, I had to run and do an errand. The lady called back at 11:00 and left a VM saying to be outside; the guys were on their way. Well, I got the VM at 11:09, and the guys were there and gone before I could call the shop back. My car sat until I could go to Auto Zone and get my battery tested. Find out I had to get a new battery. Then, as I was driving my car around, it made the same sound. It's not a bumper rubbing on my tire. I am not a mechanic, but I know it involves my breaks, rotors, or wheel bearings one of those. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I have spent well over $2000 there in repairs in the last six mo., and it never seems like anything is completely fixed.

I’m giving Trinco 5 stars! Great, quick service (oil change) and they are very knowledgeable & quick to respond to any messages. I went in for an oil change and he found a couple parts broken underneath the vehicle. He took pictures of the broken parts and showed them to me when letting me know what he saw during the oil change. I also received a quote the same day to fix those broken parts. Pricing is decent as well.

My experience with the new owner was just as good as the other owner. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go there anymore I was worried how the new owner would be, but they were wonderful and I felt like they really cared. I will keep my business there. Thank all of you 😊
