My recent interaction with this carwash establishment left much to be desired. I called to inquire about their pricing, and I was met with an unpleasant and unprofessional response from the woman who answered the phone. Her attitude was far from welcoming and didn't reflect the customer service one would expect. Moreover, I was shocked to learn that their carwash service comes with a steep price tag of $40. This seems excessively high, especially considering the unprofessionalism I encountered during my initial contact with them. I had hoped for a more customer-friendly experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
