Supposed to be completed in 1 week, it took them 6. I understand things happen, but there was little / no communication of the progress - I had to call the shop every few days, and when I did they could never give me a definitive timeline. Just kept dragging on and on. I asked the manager for a discount for the inconvenience, which I don’t think is unreasonable for someone in my position to do under these circumstances. I didn’t expect them to work for free, I asked them to cover the $500 deductible I owed to my insurance. (3% of the $17,000 job). He said that isn’t something they have ever done in 30 years, basically to just deal with it. I asked this of him a few times on one of our numerous conversations, he made it sound like he’d do it “to keep me satisfied” and also told me “maybe we just don’t do business together anymore”. He ended up asking for it when I picked up my car, I just paid it and left. Pretty frustrating after I had used their company four times in the past four years - I was shocked they wouldn’t offer a small concession like that as a way to make up for it, and I most likely would not have taken the time to leave a negative, yet truthful review if they had.

Brought in our Park Avenue and got an Estimate, when car was done the cost was $800 less than the estimate given. I’ve never been to a body shop that didn’t charge in the end the estimate or more. Tri-City charged me the lower cost, I walked out paying $800 less than expected! They are Honest and fair! It may take awhile to get in for their services are in demand, but they do quality work and above all Honest and fair! I highly recommend them!!!
