Transtar use to be a good company to do business with but as of lately they are one of the worst company’s to deal with if you ever have an issue and have to file a warranty or labor claim. We pay an extra $200 for a good warranty that covers parts and labor but they will not honor the warranty they sell us if there’s an issue. Our business has used transtar for many years but because of their lack to take care of warranties and labor claims we’ve been forced to take our business elsewhere.
