Ordered one rebuild kit on a Sunday night. By Monday I had tracking info so I thought, perfect parts should be here by the weekend. When I looked at tracking info again on the following Thursday I noticed they had not even delivered it to USPS yet. I reached out to them to have them look into it and expressed I needed the parts by the weekend. 4hrs later I received an email from Lori in CS, she re-shared the same tracking number and mentioned parts would be delivered the following Tuesday. I reached out to her asking why my parts had not shipped until I reached out, as I would have asked for a better shipping service so I could have my parts on time. No response. Pretty disappointed and re affirms why small companies like this are slowly disappearing, when they are not customer service centric and holding up their end of the bargain. Edit Response to Owner: It took three business days for the item to be dropped off at USPS. The product was ordered on a Sunday, but USPS did not receive it until Thursday, according to their time stamp. This only occurred after I reached out to your customer service. During that time, your team had the opportunity to offer an alternative shipping service. I'm not trying to be unfair, but when you have the product in stock, as you did, it would be ideal to ship it within 24 hours, as most businesses—my own included—strive to do.

This store has been an absolute life saver for me to find parts for a 20+ year old ZF6 manual transmission. Ms. Lori has been amazing helping me out with urgent orders and getting things shipped out quickly! Definitely a return customer here and recommend to others.

I will say that the only reason I found one star worthy was because they advertise parts for transmissions that are mostly obsolete now. Problem is that most the parts are going to come from another distributor. Other problem is if you need to speak to someone, you won't be able to. Not through phone calls. Not through emails. Not through messages on the website. I also didn't even get a tracking number for the parts that came from another distributor so I was not able to know when I could set up for preparation and unsure if it would even show up. It did eventually show up and to my surprise the parts were all there but the synchronizers I paid extra for will not work for my transmission so... Don't pay extra for that cause you won't be able to get a hold of any one to send them back for a refund. Very poor communication.

Order a complete rebuild kit for an AR5 transmission. Was sent parts without part numbers on them and although the kit shows as a GM kit was shipped Toyota parts (which seem to be the same). No pick list of all the parts to be in the box , or the corresponding GM parts and the Toyota parts shipped in their place. Syncro rings are missing for 5th and Reverse. When I messaged to find out why these parts are missing, after days and follow up emails I was told the kit doesn't include them. Yet it does have a retention ring for reverse. The claim was all the bearings in the picture were sent (which they were) and because the synchro rings are shown they claim those are not included because they don't have them. I paid an extremely high amount for this kit because it was supposed to be complete, and had to wait for a month to get parts only to find out all the parts aren't there and they were substituted for Toyota parts. Nobody even responded to my follow up email asking how they can claim the 5th and Reverse Synchro assembly isn't included in a complete rebuild kit. Buyer beware I now need to file a complaint with my credit card company and track down missing parts.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Had an issue finding the correct bearing and race for my transmission. Lori and Branden were helpful and professional in helping me find the right input bearing and race. In an age where customer service is hard to find, TPD will not disappoint! Highly recommend and will buy again.
