Tough call here. 4.5 stars for the representative (Augustin) with respect to his professionalism, knowledge and support. Loved his attitude and our interactions with him. Definitely a recommendation to see him for your trailer needs. 1.0 stars for our first day experience with a brand new, never been used or driven trailer. Pulled off the lot and drove it home with no issues. Next day, drove to work and within an hour of driving on the I-5 freeway northbound, the ramp flew off the back of the unit almost killing the driver behind us who had to emergency swerve out of the way. What the heck happened? Why is this trailer not secured to drive safely for my family and other commuters? I had to pull over and play “frogger” with my own body to go retrieve the ramp - which by the way is super friggin heavy to carry 1/2 mile by myself. With that said, I plan to call the Fillmore office and hope they can provide a new ramp and pin system that secures the ramp. Now I’m nervous to drive the unit in fear the other ramp will suddenly eject itself. I stand by my review with utter sincerity and honesty about the facts of my experience; both good and bad!

Very nice service and good selection. Pleasant drive from Santa Barbara. What sold us was the sales department when we called in. Those ladies were absolutely amazing… helped me locate the trailer I specifically needed and didn’t try to upsell me.
