Trailer Hitches at U-Haul

The process was fast and easy. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, the technician took great care of my vehicle and did an excellent job on the installation. I was pretty nervous when I made the appoitnment, as I didn't know what to expect. But everything about the experience was positive. The office was clean and tidy, the man at the counter was welcoming and professional. It exceeded my expectations in every regard.

We reserved a truck and car trailer bed weeks ago. When we arrived they not have a truck or trailer available but they did reserve it for us at Haz rental about 1.5 miles away. While we greatly appreciate that, it would have been nice if they contacted us to let us know which location to go to in the first place so we didn't have to waste an hour at the original place. It all worked out and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a bad experience with this store also: visit the store in person and made a reservation to order the parts since they don’t have them in stock. They promised to call me when parts arrived but they never did! After a month waiting, I called the store to find out and was told that the reservation was cancelled 😡! They claimed I was notified but I never received any calls or emails! I asked when and who did the notification? The answer was: don’t know! What a shame for a store who claim as super center but don’t have basic customer service or record! I rather find another store even it’s much more driving.
