We just recently moved here from Palmdale and the difference between the customer service at each store is substantial. In Palmdale the associates are usually grumpy and unhelpful. Recently I purchased a gift card at this Tehachapi location and there was an issue with the transaction. It was saying my credit card was charged but that the gift card was not activated. The associate attempted to refund me however the system wouldn't allow it. The manager called over Amber who started making multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. She was very apologetic and did not make me feel like it was my fault at all or that I was being an inconvenience like many other stores do. It was such a terrible situation, but Amber made all the difference and made sure the issue was resolved before I left the store.

Everyone at tsc are super friendly to everyone and all their pets. My dog loves going there. This is one of my favorite stores to shop. Thank tsc Tehachapi

I was an out of area trucker ,with tractor supply load heading to AZ ,and with truck stop full , asked if I could park for safety on thier property and they said “ Sure go right ahead .” I’m just so happy as a customer too with this company, Every employee is just Awesome and great products also , very good quality.

Everytime my wife or I go to TSC we are always greeted when we walk in by a friendly employee! The employee's ask if you need help & are willing to help you load heavy items without being asked! I highly recommend TSC to everyone!!! Keep up the amazing work Tehachapi TSC!!!
