The Toys For Trucks team is Amazing! I've been dealing with them for a little over 10 years and they come through every time. From tailgate replacement, tailgate locks, tailgate clamps, and running boards they do it all! James is a miracle worker. He is so knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint when it comes to the hundred or so questions that I've asked each time we speak on the phone. He knows his stuff and is an excellent problem solver. We spent over 35 min on the phone figuring out the best solution for my issue and made a plan going forward. I walked away from the conversation with total peace of mind. Toys For Trucks is the go to for ALL of your truck needs! *********************** Below is a review I wrote on Toys 4 Trucks on May 6, 2017: Here's a big shout out to Toys For Trucks & especially the owner James, Cory & the whole Toys for Trucks team! -------------------------- When I bought my truck a few years ago, I wanted to have a bed liner installed & was referred over to Toys For Trucks. They were very professional & even came down to my house to do the job. I was very happy with the result. Fast forward to a month ago & the tailgate of my truck was stolen while in my driveway! After calling the police & my insurance company to report the theft, I was hard pressed to find a body shop that would do good work & I could trust. I remembered Toys for Trucks & decided to see if they could help. I spoke to James, who remembers doing the original install & said he could absolutely get it done! Dealing with the insurance is always a big headache but James was great thru the whole thing. He dealt with the adjuster & the appraiser making my life so much easier! He guaranteed his work & only used GM factory parts. He color matched the paint & it looks seamless! He replaced the part of the bedliner & the spoiler on the tailgate. He installed a Super secure gate lock, which will protect it against thieves. I couldn't have asked for anything more. But it didn't stop there....When James brought my truck back to my house, he told me the tire alignment & brakes needed replacing. He gave me all the info & said he'd gladly talk to my mechanic if there were any questions. Throughout the whole experience James was Amazing! Super patient, very thorough & extremely professional. He kept me in the loop every step of the way & made sure I was happy with all the work. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. I never had to wonder what was happening....we kept in constant communication either thru text, email or phone calls. He put my mind at ease & I always felt like I was an important customer. Let me say they absolutely exceeded my expectations by a 1000% !!! It goes without saying that Toys for Trucks will be my go to for anything I need for my truck! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!

So I purchased a Snugtop GB Sport from Toys for Trucks about 7 months ago. The shell was their showroom display. I got a very good price for it. They couldn’t find the key for the shell’s door and said they would order me a replacement. With this understanding I went ahead with the purchase. I patiently waited 7 months periodically checking in with them. Finally they said they couldn’t get a replacement key and would have to order a complete replacement handle. Two weeks later the replacement arrived at TFT. I called to arrange to have the lock installed. They said I would have to pay for the installation. This is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. They said it was out of their control that the manufacturer stoped making keys. This is besides the point.. They sold it understanding that they would be replacing the missing key full stop. It’s their responsibility to make it right. The fact that they won’t should mean something. They’re sending me the handle free of charge and I’ll either install it myself or find another shop to do it. My mistake was not getting this in writing at the time of purchase. Still I can’t say I’d recommend TFT to anyone. I feel like making it right and taking a hit on the 45 minutes of labor would have been a small price to pay. Especially compared to even one person reconsidering doing business with Toys for Trucks after my review. Edit.. In response to the owners comment. I find it baffling that they continue to think that sending me a replacement handle fully resolves the issue. Refusing to install it is just bad business. Anyplace with decent customer service would include installation without giving it a second thought. You sell the shell knowing you have to order a replacement key. You can’t get the replacement key as promised. Next step would be order a new handle and install it for your customer. Simple.. If a genuine sustained effort to get a replacement key would have started months ago one of two things would have happened. Either you would have gotten a replacement key much sooner or found out that a new handle was needed. Seven months after purchase you called Snugtop and found out they didn’t make keys anymore and ordered a new handle. All while I was on hold. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went through Toys for Trucks to get a Leer Camper shell. The front window's frame was bent, making the window difficult to take out and put in - this was fixed for Toys for Trucks- but it continues to be difficult to put back in. The camper shell leaked. They tried to fix the leaks multiple times and were successful once. However, the shell had to come off, and since then, it still leaks. One fix was to cut my bedliner, but it didn't help. The brake light did not work on the camper shell until another part came in. The brake light later leaked, and they had to order a new one. The timelines of getting parts in from Leer always took longer than expected. I had to call Toy for Trucks to see if the shell or the parts came in yet because they rarely, if ever called me to let me know the parts were in. For example, a bracket was leaking, and they ordered a new one last summer. They have never called me to tell me it was in. While some of the issues were obviously Leer's, I would expect that a Leer dealer would be able to offer guidance on whether or not the shell needed to be sent back due to all the defects. The shipping timelines may also be due to Leer, but the lack of communication about the parts is not Leer's issue. But hey, I at least have camper shell. In response to the owner- I asked at one point if it was time to send it back to Leer. The response was "it's a little too late for that". It seems that the largest frustration with your customers is a lack of communication from the store. Call people when the parts come in.

Got a spray on liner & Trifold cover for my 2008 Dodge Truck and I couldn’t be happier with the result! My truck looks 10 years newer. Purchased and had AMP Powerstep Vision installed. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Installation was done as promised. I had an issue with the step app (manufacturer issue). The crew spent several hours on the phone with the manufacturer trying to troubleshoot the app issue. They figured it out and everything is working great. I really appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend Toys 4 Truck.
