Travis and the team did a great job diagnosing (and fixing) the issues with my 2005 Prius. Repair was done quickly and was much less expensive than I anticipated. Service was friendly and communication was very good. Definitely went above and beyond!

All work was explained to me and they asked my approval before everything was done. Advised prices upfront, too so there were no surprises. I highly recommend them.

Vernon is awesome, he went above and beyond to help and find ways to save me money. He thought he could possibly fix the puncture before ultimately having to replace the tire, but he tried to save me money first rather than just replacing the tire, which I felt is fantastic customer service. Great experience! They also were able to fix the sensor on the back bumper instead of having to order a new one. He deserves a raise.
