Avoid trusting this place for vehicle repairs, and even less trust their "guarantees." On top of that, they were completely dishonest and sold me a used vehicle with a damaged transmission. After many arguments, they replaced the vehicle. The first oil change they "gave" me damaged glove compartment. Their response was simply to charge me over $1,500 for fixing something they damaged. Sales and service are exactly the same with them. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer other than this in mamaroneck.

If I could give negative starts I would!!! I would not take my car back here if it were falling apart and this is the last place open that could save it. The overall customer experience and lack of knowledge of the individuals making the appointments is just mind boggling… or maybe it’s just what they were hired for - to get as many in as possible by telling them whatever, then flip the script when they show up.. I was specifically told that my service would take 2 hours or a little bit over that, and that it had to be done during the week. Myself, like many others have to work so I asked multiple times to confirm the time, the woman I spoke to said yes 2hrs or a bit more. So I went ahead and booked the first appointment “7:30” for the very next day. I show up, there is a line of cars, one person attending to everyone, he even went ahead and closed the shutter down in front of my car, the line cleared up, at this point I’ve been sitting in my car for about 40 minutes. Someone then comes over and opens the shutter, asks me what I’m there for, like you can’t see it on the iPad after you’ve done taken all my other information down! I told him, he asks me if I’ll be leaving my car I said no, as I was told it would only take 2 hours and I made no other arrangements.. He’s going to tell me well for what you are doing it’s going to take more time than that probably all day. I repeated what I was told, he informed me that he’ll have to go check and see. Not sure who he checked with but he comes back with his song and dance saying it’s an all day appointment.. I left and will not be returning to do business with this place again (i have overlooked many other things in the last year or so). Everything about this place has changed and it seems to be a money grab at every single opportunity - yes it’s a business and everyone has to make money. However, don’t tell bold face lies to people to get them through the door, then try to take advantage of them…

We’ve always received good service from this location. My most recent visit I dealt with Ovila and he was kind and clear with his communication on what was wrong with our car. The waiting room is large and comfortable and often has free bagels or pizza for customers who are waiting.

*Dealership reached out to me explaining and offering a resolution in an extremely professional manner* Two days later and a lot has changed. Major takeaways have been Walk around - Jason gave me a full walk around of the facility explaining how the oil change process works and giving me an understanding how the error occurred 0w16 full - was a billing error( too amend this the shop redid my oil twice. once while I was not present and again when I was) .3 underfill - Was told this was a billing Error where .3 cannot be billed Damaged Plate & Scratched Paint - Upon inspection of the damage the shop immediately offered to have it resprayed and sent to a body shop. Damage was from their car wash catching on a component and dragging it Jason & Louis have changed my mind completely and have made me a returning customer. Nothing but utter professionalism Side note: I’d avoid the complimentary service car wash as awesome at it is. The brushes are touching the floor - this center is under new management and is doing everything in their power to regain the trust of their customers. Small mishaps might occur - check your paperwork! Having things recorded correctly is a very important part to maintaining the life and warranty of your car

No complaints after the old ownership exited, as I was told. Had an issue with the new car purchase with them, not service. The new folks are good so far, Ovila LeBlanc, Service Advisor, is a friendly personable person :). Good waiting area with WiFi and snacks!! Recommend.
