Called To Inquire about My 1993 Camry. I believe the owner picked up “Charlie” with a very dry, nasty Tone. He had a very nasty attitude was very unprofessional he does not know customer service skills. To be the owner & to be so Unprofessional is absolutely unacceptable and does know how to Run a Business & does not know how to speak to his customers in a professional manner. Anyone that asks me I would never bring my Car here. A few of his words were “ I will not be working on that” didn’t give a reason why until I asked & tried to make the conversation very short. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. 0/10 Rating

I called about my older vehicle CHARLIE The Owner picked up with a very unprofessional , Entitled Tone. Wouldn't even let me get a word In saying he wouldn't be working on my car and didn't give a reason why. To be an Owner and to be so Rude and nasty is completely unacceptable. I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE LET ALONE GIVE THEM MY MONEY. possibly he could be racists you never know these days I am black. The worst customer service I've ever experienced with a Business.

Took my daughters 2015 Lexus in because we were getting an AWD system failure. Charles diagnosed the problem right away and was able to get it fixed very quickly. Very happy with the service and the results. Highly recommend Toy House

Its as if Japan was here in Tampa with the craftsmanship and service they provide to your Toyota . If you can accept that they are always booked out id recommend them for all non routine maintenance needs . I say non routine because any jiffy lube or firestone can take care of your oil changes . As for the big stuff , “toy house” all the way. The dealer will charge you for breathing their air so take that information as you wish.

I spent 1200 dollars to fix several problems with my daughters car.One of the problems was the headlight,that leaked moisture,they are new.I was charged 150 dollars to take the bumper off and seal the headlight.Four weeks later I still have moisture in the headlight.When I called and asked him to look at it,he refuses,and keeps trying to sell me a 385 dollar headlight. .The person I was dealing with was rude,and they clearly do not warrant there work.
