Townsend Tire in Three Forks

If you’ve had tires mounted here, you should check they’ve put them on right. They did 2 for me and put 1 on inside out! Therefore it’s rotating in the wrong direction, the tread pattern is striking the road differently from the others and it’s not moving water like it’s designed to. Service was super fast and the people seemed friendly - but somebody should be paying closer attention! Not that hard to do it properly and put me on the road safely. The tire even tells you how it should be set! You know what a company is really like at times like this… I called to tell them I had left the state and couldn’t get back for them to correct it. Ashley told me she would ‘talk to Chris and get back’ to me. I never heard from them again! So they don’t actually care about their customers!

In, out quick. $400 out the door for trailer tire removed & new 1 mounted on a Saturday. Indoor, pull-thru setup big enough for my semi. 👍

We had a bad experience at a chain oil change location that led to some serious issues with our vehicle. Thankfully, we pulled into Townsend Tire, and the team there immediately sprang into action. A mechanic, along with several technicians, came outside to assist us without hesitation. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also helped us gather photos and documentation to submit to the original chain. Every employee we encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. To top it off, their services were significantly more affordable! After such a positive experience, we won’t be taking our car anywhere else.

I had tried to call first thing in the morning and something funky was happening with my phone it wouldnt connect, they must have seen my number on the caller id and they tried so call ME back. Sounds like a small thing but nobody has customer service like that anymore, I really appreciated that. The ladies at the front are very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out for a tire swap in record time with no appointment. I will use them for all my tire needs going forward, cannot recommend them enough

From explaining why are old winter tires wore out so quickly, so getting in the proper ones and getting them out on right away, they are fast, quality, and knowledgeable. Take the trip from Bozeman and discover great overall service still exists. Can’t recommend them enough!
