Town and Country Towing

HORRIBLE receptionist! She ruins it for the WHOLE company. Had some car trouble one morning and ended up calling dealer who picked this company or else I wouldn't even had dealt with them (I read the reviews). It was fine until I had to call for an ETA since the tow truck hadn't arrived 30 minutes after I was told he'd be there. Long story short the girl who answers the phones and supposedly "tells the guys what to do" (her words) had changed my pickup time to more than 2 hours past the original time and NEVER told me, then blamed me and GM insurance for not telling me (even though she told me "your tow is still scheduled to be on time" when I spoke to her earlier that morning). I understand mix ups happen, but she completely pointed the blame on everyone except her. She talked very rude and demeaning, sat on the phone and argued with me, talking over me and all, before she threatened to cancel my tow basically because she didn't like that I told her she needed customer service training and that all the reviews about her were completely true. She ended the phone conversation with "I've got other things to do" and hung up! It's kind of funny when I actually take time to write it out, because it's almost unbelievable. Anyway I called GM and cancelled them because they did not deserve my business or any for that matter. Definitely has to be family owned or something because as a business owner myself, there is absolutely no way I'd have such a disrespectful employee on the front lines of my company! Praying she finds internal happiness because from the heart the mouth speaks.

This is the worst Tow truck company that I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately we had a terrible accident and they were called they charged us $800 and used 2 tow trucks for one car. They only had to tow the car less then five miles. This included a 65 dollar charge for the car being in their yard less then 10 hours. The car was total and had no value, I was told if I didn't pay the tow fee of $245 an hour for each they send it to collections and it would end up being about $3000 on my credit.The lady I spoke to on the phone told me I would only have to pay $432 she very rude on the the phone and once we got there they hit us with the $800. The guy at the yard was also very rude, this company needs to be put on out of business with that being said stay away from this company because they will rip you off.

Our friend was towed for accidentally parking in a car port cause he thought that it was regular parking. Okay we understand that it was towed but for the lady to be rude on the phone because we where asking questions as to why the price was $480 and how they came up with that price is a bit ridiculous. She said that it took an hour and half to get the car out of the parking space which brought it to $360. Once the car reaches the gate for their lot it is another $120. So we asked her okay so what time was the call made and she said at 6:15 and it took the towe driver an hour to get to the location and then the driver got to the lot at 7:50. So my husband questioned her was like what time did the driver get to the location? She was like at 6:45. So he said isn’t that under an hour and half she was like noooooo it’s an hour an half and we start charging once we receive the call and dispatch them out... She said it in a way like we were stupid. What she is saying doesn’t even make sense cause she first tells us that it an hour an half to get the up on the lift and then she tells us that it took an hour to get to the location. Which one is it? We are simply trying understand why the price is the way it is and making sure we are not getting ripped off. I am rating a 1 star because she was extremely rude to us on the phone. If she would have had a better attitude and was more understanding as to why we had these questions then it would make us feel like we aren’t being ripped off.

I had a really tough tow. Town & Country did an amazing job. The driver was easily the most skilled I have ever experienced. Not once did I hear how hard it was, only we will figure out how to make it work. This was my first time using T&C and I will now only let them tow me in the future. Both customer service agents were great on the phone as well. Great job.

Employees have terrible attitudes. Spoke with them multiple times and each encounter a new charge was brought up. Most of them are incompetent at best. When asked to speak with manager employee got visibly upset and continued to go into supervisors office and made jokes and comments about conversations. If you can help it go somewhere else this place should be shut down. They basically want your money and dont care how they get it.
