They don't deserve one star. We called for service and waited at least one hour before deciding to call back for an update. When we tried to call , they said driver is 10min away when we tried to cancel, and they tried to charge us a cancelation fee. We were only a 3min drive away from there waiting for a tow.

Absolute crooks. Towed a car that was not impeding traffic or causing any form of disruption. Charged $490 after towing the car for less than a mile, and having it for 10 minutes. Complete and utter thieves. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Left me waiting stranded over 3 hours. Initially quoted me 30 minutes. After an hour I called back. Quoted me another 25-50 minutes. Called back after another hour. Quoted me another 30 minutes. THEN BLOCKED MY NUMBER. If you couldnt do the tow then dont accept the quote. All I wanted was a simple tow for a mile mile and a half home, utterly unacceptable to ghost me. Don't do business with this company they'll string you along and leave you stranded.

Rose as a dispatcher is the worst person for this job. She was very indirect. I only called to see if they would be able to tow my bus, and when I asked direct questions Rose was everything but direct. She did not value my time and kept me on hold over an hour when I was simply just trying to get a quote. Rose is not professional/ when I asked to speak to a manager, Rose gave me the run around and continued to make me wait. They should hire more experienced dispatchers here. Rose is a gatekeeper stopping this business from getting business and if she worked for me, I would very concerned.

Inconsiderate Staff. They towed my car an hour before close. Called ahead to make sure they were open, but was not warned about a $120 after hours fee. So I had to go back home and come again the next day.
