The work they do is 10 out of 10 very professional and very respectful I brought my wife’s car to get a nice tuneup brakes oil change, and is now ready for winter. Thank you for your hard work guys. Service was terrible. Jesus Miranda the new manager became very cold & disrespectful when I gave him honest feedback about how his car repair made my car worse than before. He’s a liar & cheat. I truly doubt if his mechanics are license mechanics. He also worked on my daughter’s car & instead of fixing it he made it worse. I plan on reporting him & Total Auto Care to BBB. They bait especially female customers into believing his lower prices are because they care. He just makes up what he believes is a problem. I gave him a second chance to fix my car & he returned it to me worse than before.

This is the second oil change on my 2nd vehicle that they've done and they have always done a good job and very efficient time on the time. Absolutely recommended.
