Only giving a 1 star because I can’t do any lower. Took my car to Tony’s garage in early July. After assessment, was told the computer system went out in my car and it would be $2400.00 to put in a new one and I would have to put $1100.00 down to buy the computer, so I took them $1100.00 cash the next day. A few weeks later when I called to check on the status, he said the computer was on back order and it would take a few more weeks to come in. I called back 2 weeks later and he still had not gotten the computer. We kept being told this for a few more weeks. Finally it came in and that wasn’t the problem, he said he thinks it’s a busted valve in the motor, that would take him a few weeks to break down and have a machine shop repair. We waited a month without hearing from him, so we called and he still hadn’t done the work. It’s now the end of October and our car isn’t running at all. Tony’s garage had messed my car up and didn’t know how to fix it . It’s not even cranking up now. Today I was told it will be $1700.00 to release it to be towed to the dealership where we could actually get it fixed. He’s had my car 4 months and it’s in way worse shape than it went in for. This place is crooked and dishonest. I advise anyone to not use this mechanic, you’re better off taking it anywhere else.

Very professional and more than happy to help after vehicle was totalled. Even helped get a door pried open so we could get personal belongings out. Definitely recommend for their patience and professionalism!

The best part of our experience was how gracious Tony was towards us. My daughter originally contacted this garage for help getting a 20-foot U-Haul truck out of the mud. In the midst of me trying to help her over the phone, I told her to cancel because I thought I had a solution. That didn't work out. So, an hour later, I called Tony's garage to see if we could rebook. I have no doubt our indecision could cause some people to retalliate with rudeness. However, Tony, who came to pull the truck out, was gracious & kind. My daughter already felt terrible on a variety of levels. His willingness to help & calm demeanor helped turn the day around for her. It also showed her that you can screw up and there are still kind people in the world to help make up for the rude ones. Excellent customer service from Tony. This was our first time using Tony's Garage. I would use them again based solely on our interaction with him. It's also important to note that his rate was more than reasonable - FAR better than what U-Haul wanted to charge her. Plus, Tony's Garage has the right equipment. He pulled that beast out of her yard in no time! (Huge apology to the fellow who was headed out to help her the first time she called!)

Tony fixed rebuilt my transmission and it does not get any better than his service. It only took 2 days and he was very reasonable. My truck runs like a brand new truck now. I am very happy with Tony and his shop. I will be coming back if I ever need transmission work. Do not consider any other shop, Tony and his son do great work!
