A few days ago I took my vehicle to the Copiague Mavis for an oil change. As I spoke with the employee behind the counter about a possible oil leak, they recommended that I take my car to Tommy’s because they’re reputable and offer fair pricing. I hopped into my car and drove three minutes north and arrived at Tommy’s. There were tons of vehicles parked in front of the shop, so I prepared for a possible all-day situation, but that wasn’t the case. Tommy walked into the shop and greeted me and asked what brought me to his shop. He was super nice and said that he’d look at my vehicle right away. I asked if I should walk over to the nearby Target to kill time but he assured me that it would take just a few minutes and I should have a seat in their cozy waiting room (my description, not his). A few minutes later he asked me to come take a look at my car, which was now on a lift. I could see where the leak was coming from and he suggested that it was merely a loose screw. He said that he could tighten the screw and complete the oil change for me. Twenty minute and eighty dollars later, I was back on the road.
