Sera was so helpful with scheduling me for my oil change. She made it work with my schedule and was so friendly! Sage did an awesome job making sure the oil change was done right and completed it so fast! Morrie's in Tomah has a great service team. 10/10 recommend!

Marabeth is fantastic to work with. Finance department needs work and listen to the customer. We came in pre approved from our credit union. After we had settled on the deal we informed the dealership we had pre approval and the finance manager proceeded to make another credit pull. This was not appreciated. Most likely will not purchase from this dealer again.

I am very pleased. I was on the freeway from Ohio going to see my brother in northern Wisconsin with terminal cancer when my Ranger went into limp mode. The temp was -4 degrees. Your dealership was booked full but Sera was able to get it in to look at by your tech. He throughly went through the truck. Unable to find a code to help cure the issue. But the truck started and seem to run fine. Your service department deserves more a 5 star rating. Your people went out of their way and way beyond what is expected. I had my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to check my battery. They said it was working good. They checked my tires and brakes and topped off the antifreeze & washer fluid. I got to see a video of the service that they performed. Highly recommend their service.
