Took my M3 here for a general inspection shortly after purchasing it. When I got it back, I later discovered an oil leak due to a stripped drain plug—something that was not an issue when I bought the car. The shop claimed it was already stripped, but I had no leaks before bringing it in. A few days later, I noticed oil stains on my driveway for the first time. On top of that, they charged an outrageous amount for the inspection and then quoted me an absurd price to replace the oil pan. This place feels like a cash grab rather than a reputable shop. Save yourself the trouble and find a trustworthy mechanic elsewhere.

Hatem Automotive nearly cost me my beloved car. They told me it needed a transmission and it wasn’t worth the repair. After a bit of good fortune, I was able to get a transmission expert to look at my car and it only needed a clutch! Hatem lied to me and said they had pulled my transmission and it wasn’t worth shot. The guy who fixed my car told me they never even pulled it out to check it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Awesome shop. Especially if you have a BMW. They are enthusiasts themselves and I will never take my bimmers anywhere else again. Forget the dealership...

I really wanted to love this shop. Small business like mine but I got bumped a week and promised that it only happens once. The following week (bump week) got a call saying I was being bumped until after Labor Day. A MONTH. How can you trust their word now? Their games literally cost me another 5 weeks getting my air conditioner fixed in the middle of summer.
