Greedy, fraudulent men. They overcharged and didn't complete the work they identified that needed to be done. They disabled my on board computer and horn, then told me they could order part to return functions they took from me. Admitted job not complete after I paid over $1000.00. Initially wanted cash so no record of transaction would be available. No need for horn and computer work when car initially brought in.

A pair of selfish and greedy creatures who may seem helpful to some in reality filter their customers based on how big and expensive repair is in deciding whether to help or Not. I agree most businesses are greedy but may help when in dire need of it. In this case the greedy duo refused to help (jump start) when stranded on a road close to their butcher repair shop! Are they even humans?

Today’s auto repair is an excellent place to go, they are honest good people with fair prices my father and I have been going to them for years. They always fix my 95 mustang, 01 Lexus, and 03 Lexus when I am having trouble with somthing I can’t fix weather it being somthing small like having my mufflers installed or big like having my transmission rebuilt they do an outstanding job every time, they never scam like so many other shops, they always have fair prices and high quality work. Great mechanics, I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I brought my vehicle in on Saturday, September 4th for an Inspection. I initially left the vehicle as the wait time was 60-90 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I get a call informing me that the back brakes and rotors were no good, but the front brakes were good. One year ago, and With my OWN EYES, I observed the purchase and simultaneous installation of all 4 brakes, and was thus shocked and puzzled when he declared two brakes bad, and two good. As if this weren't bad enough, and despite what he said, he threatened to fail my inspection unless I paid for the brakes, for a grand total of $352.00. The Owner and the workers are Scam Artists and Extremely Rude and Unprofessional, and they should not be allowed to operate anywhere in NYC. Do NOT, and I Repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle to this location unless you want to have your pockets emptied into the whims of a scammer that wants to steal money to replace Good Brakes.
