Terrible experience, This business treats people with disrespect, rudeness, and unprofessionalism. Their staff is insulting and completely unapologetic. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I went to pick up my car waiting 40 minutes, when an arrogant driver finally showed up, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. His demeanor was abrasive, and he refused to answer my questions. It was clear that he had zero respect for customers. It is not a lot to expect a basic level of respect and professionalism from any kind of business. They consistently display utter disrespect and insult their customers. To make matters worse, they charge exorbitant prices, taking advantage of those who are already vulnerable. Their behavior is appalling and unacceptable look at the review all over (Google, BBB, Yelp etc...). They don't deserve to remain in business. I picked up my car less than 2 hours it was towed from a distance of less than 2 miles from their Anaheim Location and got charged $561 (later I found in a handwritten invoice $ 309 towing+ $ 86 storage + $ 154 gate fee + $ 12 admin fee) when I asked how they come up to this number, driver was ignoring my question rudely shouting I told you look at the board. Hope to see them out of business and never see them again.

This place is a joke. Not allowed to take pictures of YOUR vehicle when picking it up. $265.00 for 9 hours of storage of my stolen & recovered car. UNBELIEVABLE. WORST WORST PEOPLE, Towing company Ever encountered in my life!!! They’re un compassionate thieves stealing from hard working people!!! Damaged my car! Had new scratches on it! Charged me 407$!!!! And said if I didn’t pay cash they wouldn’t give me my car!!! Asses! All of them! They need to go out of business!!!!

They charge 407.00 dollars per day to have your car there, ridiculous! I got my car towed because I accidentally parked 2 carports away from my space , it was dark and I was tired so the residents had it towed
