My overall experience is positive. Gaby is very nice and patiently explaining to me about my car and mechanics, which a lot of repair shops don't do. I got my tires and ball joints replaced within 1 day. The entire process is efficient and smooth. Price is reasonable, too. I would highly recommend TL Motors for someone looking for a place for auto service.

Had a great experience working with Carson. After a horrible experience at the dealer. They thoroughly inspected my engine, took pictures, gave me a thorough explanation of my issues, then I decided on a brand new engine rather than a brand new car. I'm really happy with the way this turned out.

This shop, and specifically Carson, went above and beyond to help me out with my 2008 Infiniti G35xS. They were quick to answer calls, get me in the shop, and diagnose the problem and make a solution. I only had the car in one day and night and they provided me with a loaner, washed/detailed my car, etc. Would most definitely recommend! Just great people!

The passenger airbag seat sensor in my vehicle stopped working. I took it in to the Infiniti dealership service department and they said the entire seat would have to be replaced because the sensor is an integrated component. I was quoted nearly $13K. After taking my car in to a couple of different shops where they were unable to even diagnose the problem, I was referred to TL Motors by a friend. TL did a full diagnostic and was able to replace the passenger seat for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge. The staff kept me informed about repairs and cost options and were friendly and professional. Thank you, Carson and TL Motors.
