The staff is friendly and always helpful in future recommendations on my vehicles. I also appreciate pulling in on spur of the moment to have my air pressure checked on my tires. Those are the reasons I recommend going to Tires Plus to my friends and family.

I bought new tires and TPMS sensors for my mother’s Lexus. I was informed that they could mount the tires but not the sensors, which I understood and said I will buy the sensors from the store. After they started working on it, they come out to me and asked why I wanted new sensors as the ones on it are reading great. I told them I wanted it for redundancy, so I have no issues. They convinced me NOT to put new sensors in. After leaving and taking my mom’s Vehicle to her, she informs me the tire light is on and NO TPMS readings are registering. So I take it back and they tell me there is a bad sensor. They wanted to charge me $120 for ONE sensor replacement. AFTER THEY TALKED ME OUT OF NEW SENSORS TO BEGIN WITH. Complete waste of MY TIME and I declined the service. I will go elsewhere from now on.

I had to request appointment twice - the first time they changed my appointment time by about 6 hours without talking to me first. The second time they took a while to finish checking out the car. The place is not sanitary especially the bathroom (which was filthy) the walls and floor in waiting area are very unclean.
