We called Tire Works in Fort Mohave based on great reviews, and this team did not disappoint. My car arrived on a tow truck, and I was worried about being an "easy mark" because of that. But that's not how this team operates. James asked some questions about what was going on with my car, and assured me they would assess, diagnose, and call me to discuss their findings before starting any repairs. And then they followed through and did exactly that. Ryan called back to explain what was broken and what it would cost to fix. With my approval, they completed the repairs quickly, and even took time to show us the old part that was replaced and explain where it had failed. All that would have prompted a good review from me, but then I received an email that included a report of all the systems on the car that they checked in addition to the problem I brought it in for. That level of care and oversight shows me they are interested in comprehensive, proactive service, and repeat business. Everyone I spoke with was professional and respectful. They did excellent work at a fair price, and have definitely earned my trust with this experience.

I needed two new tires today and when I arrived they were so nice and helpful. They were short staffed and they still took great care of me. I’m so satisfied with the level of service they gave me. I’m definitely going back. Thank you again.

Ryan really helped us out! We had a sudden flat and.Tireworks was first driveway we came to to get off highway. He was shorthanded and backed up 8 cars deep, but he had guys take a quick look. They put on my spare and had us back on the road in no time. Will be back!! Highly recommend!!
