I ordered 4 tires from their website and set an appointment to have them installed. When my wife arrived at the store they knew nothing about the appointment and they don't even stock the tires I ordered. I called the customer service line and it turns out they do not have an actual ecommerce site. When you place an order or set an appointment their system just sends a note to the store and it's not guaranteed that the note will even be seen. The only thing that got accomplished was wasting my time. At least WalMart was happy, because I spent my money there.

Very helpful had what I needed for a tire. Communication and customer service was great. Service was fair amount of time. Didn't have to wait long. And no problems with the new replacement sin.new t tire was replaced.

I’m done with this place. Lost 2 wheel caps on my gmc all terrain on my way home the last time that truck was in there for new tires. The truck before that, I got home and noticed all 4 tires were under inflated by 25-35 psi. My last truck I had lost 3 wheel caps within the first 10 miles after I had 4 new tires put on. Also, I had an 8 am appointment which they started on time but the kid doing the work decided to start another car at 9 and didn’t get back to working on my truck till that car was done. 3-122 hours for a changeover and alignment. I went back and talked to manager about the wheel covers and all I got was “ Well you can probably find some cheap ones on EBay” Apparently that’s where they’re getting their employees

Didn't call me when my car was done. I brought it in for a tire replacement, they said it'd be done in about an hour. I had to call after 3.5 hours because I still hadn't gotten a phone call. They said they did call me but it went straight to voicemail. My phone was on and in service the entire time, and I didn't receive a voicemail. When I got there to pick my car up, my cars windows were wide open, and the driver door unlocked.
