Tire Factory

Charged me 450 for 4 tires. One tire won't hold air long.and another has a broken belt you can see the belt wires sticking out inside the tires and they put 2 on backwards because they are directional tires.i had to go to a different shop to discover all this because I felt they cheated me.When contacted they hung up on me and told me their would call police if I came to there shop.

Called (Hugo) the Tire Factory on 37th & Q (only since my mechanic recommended him to me) on Tuesday to see if they replaced tire sensors since one of my cars tire sensors had to be replaced. Hugo told me yes & that the price was $85 for the tire sensor replacement. I stopped at that shop on Thursday (2 days later) to get my tire sensor replaced. When I was confirming that the tire sensor replacement is going to be $85, another tire shop worker said that it's $90. I told him I was told $85 a couple of days ago by phone but I said I'll pay that extra $5 then. When my car was driven into the garage, I asked for the 3rd time to make sure that the Tire Sensor Replacement is going to be $90, and the boss Hugo that told me $85 on the phone on Tuesday then told me that the sensor replacement is $95. Hugo told me that I must of called another tire shop since their tire sensor replacement cost is $95. I knew that he is who I talked to on the phone on Tuesday since he is the 1 that my mechanic recommended and also because of his accent. I then immidiately told them straight out after they had taken my 2 back tires off my car to put my tires back on since I don't trust them working on my car now since they keep swapping the prices around. They kept on purposely hiking the price. *Who knows what they would of done to my car other than try to upsell me un-needed things or even purposely damaged something. After they put my 2 rear tires back on my car as I told them to, I went directly to my regular tire shop El Chapin on 45th & Q (Honest, Reliable, Very Knowledgeable, Decent Priced Tire Shop) (that didn't have a Tire Sensor in stock) so they can check my 2 rear tires to make sure no damage was done by the Tire Factory (a few minutes earlier) within the few minutes that my car was inside the Tire Factory shops garage on 37th & Q. A few minutes after I left Tire Factory I made an appointment to get my 1 broken sensor replaced at a real popular auto shop in Old Papillon (for my Big Sized Truck Tires) that I'm also going to get my Alignment done at on December (since they're booked due to exceptional service). A couple of El Chaplin customer & friends that were there getting their tires fixed at El Chapin when I arrived there (to get my 2 rear tires checked for possible damage) told me that they also went to that same tire shop not long ago. 1 mexican friend was lied to in what they (Tire Factory workers) told him was wrong with his tires by that tire shop. He said they kept trying to upsell him things that he just left. My 2nd mexican friend that was also at El Chapin when I got there told me that when he went there (Tire Factory) to get 1 of his tires patched, he said they took his tire to the back room (where they were suppose to be patching it) but instead brought it back to the front a few minutes later with a bigger whole than what it had when he went there. Both of my friends that were at El Chapin told me that that tire shop on 37th & Q, Tire Factory is a disastrous tire shop.

Great service! In and out! Used tires that but still are quality tires for a great price. Only spot I go to!
