Tire Discounters Customer Reviews

Took truck in to get new tires and a steering and suspension safety check. This went well. Tires are Michelin Defenders, the same as the previous set. My wife dropped off the truck and went to play pickleball. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later from the management telling me my truck had been hit be another customer. So, while the service was good, the event as a whole was not. I gotta give kudos to the management during this. They did everything they should and everything I requested from; getting the other drivers name and phone number, taking and sending me photographs (see attached) of the damage and calling local PD to make the report. They were courteous and responsive throughout the ordeal.

I had my Guys stop for 2 front tires on a Chevy service truck, they was about to have a blow out. Two hours later they are back on the road. After they cross threaded a stud and broke it and two tires. Don't waste your time and money going here. Ridiculous!!!

Helped my wife. Did not cheat her about needing a tire and replaced her stem valve. Only charged her 10 bucks.

I went in 2 days ago to get four new tires put on my car. That was supposed to include a free alignment and oil change. Well they didn’t do the alignment because my car is pulling to the right and I’ve had to put air in one of my front tires twice now since having them done and the tires are supposed to be brand new. Oh and on top of that the tires I was supposed to get weren’t in stock because they didn’t order them like they were supposed to so I had to get completely different tires. So now I have to spend more gas and money to bring it back in to have it redone when it should have been done the first time. I will NEVER go back there again and I suggest if you want your car done right to not go there either. Highly dissatisfied customer.
