I had a really disappointing and overwhelming experience at Tire Country in Pageland. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was awful. The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and rude, she talked down to me like she was better than everyone else and had a very hostile attitude. It got so bad that I was taken to a back office, and she was asked to step out. I was so overwhelmed by the whole situation, I actually started crying. No one should be made to feel that way over a car service visit. Their communication is terrible. They say one thing and do another, and it honestly feels like they’re more focused on getting your money than doing the job right. I originally came in for a tire alignment, and not only did they not handle it properly the first time, but I had to come back again because of issues. Then they claimed they had no record of my first visit and made me bring in my own paperwork something they should have already had on file. The last time I went, they told me my tire alignment was under warranty. But once again, they said they had no documentation and forced me to prove it myself by bringing paperwork back. It’s ridiculous that a business can’t keep track of basic customer records. To make things worse, the front desk lady tried to scare me into taking my car to an auto body collision shop. It felt totally unnecessary and fear-driven. When I returned and spoke to someone else, they told me that advice wasn’t even appropriate or recommended. This whole experience was stressful, draining, and felt like a waste of money. I would never go back, and I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this place with your vehicle or your peace of mind.

A large piece of metal gashed my tire to the point of disrepair. They put my spare on since I was in a hurry and my tire wasn’t in stock free of charge. great customer service!

Cheap pricing there ig for a reason. They balanced the my old tires and noticed it without telling them. Front lady was very nice. Only problem is they said my rear subframe or something on the rear suspension was bent.(never noted actual part that was “bent” They recommended a Collision center to fix my bent frame. Car is in mint condition. Rear subframe and all rear suspension parts are 100%. Next time just tell me you don’t know how to align the rear of the car. Or maybe don’t charge me a full aliment when you didn’t even do half.
