Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Work is fine. However, customer service could use improvement. Walked in for drop off and no one was around to help. I entered the garage to find someone. It is important to note while I was alone in the lobby waiting for assistance, the keys to multiple vehicles were in plain view and could have easily been taken. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I waited for 15 minutes behind a customer without being even looked at. A second employee stood there talking about personal concerns while the other employee helped the customer ahead of me. Neither felt it was important to acknowledge a customer in line for 15 minutes to even say we will be right with you. When finally at the desk it was clear we were a burden to him. Work is fine but an improvement in customer service would benefit this organization. We will go elsewhere simply due to this.

They quoted me a price on a new battery. I checked out other repair shops, and they were charging comparable prices. I was in and out of of Tire Choice within an hour. I plan on using them again in future for repairs on my vehicles.

Good service and clean, welcoming and relaxing environment. I had a big nail on my front tire. I didn't have it when I parked at my gym and when I finished my workout and was about to leave, I noticed that there was an exclamation point on my dashboard, so I checked my front tire and there it was. I already had a bad morning, but this tire shop made my morning for not charging me anything and it didn't took too long to get my tire fixed. Thanks to the people who work there. I appreciate it so much.

My daughter had a appointment for an oil change on Saturday at 8:00 am when she arrived. They said it would be two hours she asked if they would check the undercarriage because there was a loose cover. They said no problem will take care of it. They notified her an hour later that the oil change was completed, and that the cover was taken care of After she got home she checked the undercarriage she noticed the cover was removed . First of all if you have a appointment, you shouldn’t have to wait an hour to two to get the oil change , and if they remove something the customer should be notified beforehand hand if it’s ok not just remove and not tell the customer…………………..✅ Revised ✅I gave Tire Choice Auto Service Center 5 ⭐️after corporate took interest on my review after giving 2 ⭐️ and my displeasure with their service, after speaking with my daughter, we are satisfied on the measures they took to correct the problem, so it won’t happen again. Thank you
