Frustrated- TL;DR went to pick up my car and the tires were flat because their air compressor was struggling that day. UODATE: one tire will not hold air. :( Initially the experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had the tires I wanted in stock. Drop off on the morning - pick up in the afternoon. However. When I went to pick up my car, my tires were barely filled and the low pressure light was on. Just to be sure I drove around to see if the light would go off. It didn’t so I went to sheetz to put air in the tires. Call the store just to be told their air compressor isn’t working so they couldn’t get the tires fully inflated… honestly would not have been mad if they just told me when I picked up the car. The employee did try to come up with a solution after the fact but I was already fixing the problem. Yeah it’s $2 at a gas station but it was frustrating to spend $800 and then not have the job done right.

I had an issue with one of my tires and was able to drive up first thing in the morning and have them check it out. It turns out there was a nail stuck into one of them that was causing my tire pressure sensor to go off. They also found out that last time I had my tires rotated whoever did that didn't reset the tire locations in the computer so it was registering the wrong tire as the one with the issue. I was very pleased with how quick and prompt the service was. Thank you

I called today when my initial tire plans fell through. The manager said to stop by, they would look at it immediately. He did a great job of walking me through all of my options, even taking the time to show me what his thoughts were on each part of the service. He didn't try to upsell me on anything extra (always a bonus, in my opinion) and I now have the time to budget some of the more expensive work I need done. The waiting area was nice, clean, and the AC felt great. My plans are to call again when it's time for my next round of work on my car. Thanks for a great experience!! UPDATED 05.08 to 2 star Showed up today to have my torque checked as recommended and there is no one at the shop. It's just after 8a. Not sure what is going on, but if this location AND the Mr Tire down the road are closing due to no staff, perhaps it's time to reconsider your business model.

Dropped off my car here to get a tire patch. Was called by the manager not even 30 minutes later and told that due to unforeseen circumstances they had to close the shop for the day. He offered to patch the tire for free first thing the next day, which I was appreciate of and said sure. They kept my car overnight and I didn't hear from anyone the next morning. After calling the store 3 times throughout the morning and getting no answer, I got a ride there to find out the store was closed (again) with my car locked inside. No one at the main office could contact the service manager. They had to call the district manager, who also attempted to reach the service manager unsuccessfully, and then had to send an employee over to unlock the store and give me my car back, not repaired. Tyler was the only person throughout this experience who was apologetic and offered to make it up to us somehow. By no fault of his own there's no way I would ever be back here. Took it right across the street to Firestone and the repair was done professionally and quickly.

This has got to be one of the poorest run businesses. I scheduled at 2 different location’s, one called said they didn’t have enough staff and could not service my van (2nd time this has occurred at this location). So I scheduled at another location drove there, no one was there the lights were not even turned on. I then contacted another location they could accommodate me and kept the appointment. I purchased tires from Mr.Tire & paired for free rotation. But their computer systems are not linked and could not pull up my account. So I ended up paying for tire rotation & a very expensive oil change. How can a company as large as this have such an old computer system. I have used their service at different locations for well over 20 plus years, there staff turn over is unbelievable never see the same staff in any location. The service has really gone down hill.
