I called Tire Buddies at 9:30 in the am. Told me he would be to me fast. They got there at / around 11. Took my tire, the man explained there was a nail or 2 so I asked for a new tire he charged 150 for the tire and 10 for the valve. Initially, I thought it was the valve to put air in. I was quoted 90 for the valve and rebalancing the tire. I was told by multiple people you don’t re-balance a tire after they put a valve on that was weird that he quoted me for that. I called around 1:30 to see if my tire was fixed so I could get on the road for my New Year eve plans, no response. No communication at all ( I get ppl are busy “ HOWEVER when running a business you have to maintain professionalism and tend to your customers. When I got my tire back he said my rim was cracked too and they “fixed” it. However no extra fee was added on so it makes me question if it really was. Because I paid extra for everything else. The man didn’t come back till 2:15 with my tire, that 1 hour later was flatter then before. I can appreciate the man u talk to on the phone is the same man fixing the tire but again stay professional. And it’s creepy that he tries to disguise his voice. At the beginning of my service they told me I could use a credit card then after they took my tire they told me it’s cash only on Sundays because their payment system won’t allow them to process a payment on Sunday. He uses Square I know this to be not true because I do nails and I have people that use Square they process on Sundays, no receipt for services and no phone call about my tire that is now flat again. I found him on FB messaged his personal and business account with no response. Please young man GROW up and learn guest service. Maybe take a business class, just do better as a human please and thank you! turns out this guy sold me a used tire with a plug in it, the valve is wrong, stripped the lugnut and turns out there is no crack in my rim SMH.. Just got my tire fixed on the 1st of 2024 and updated this review after I called another company to come help. My response to u Sean, it was dark when you came back. I didn’t know that a owner of a store would be so deceptive about services. I couldn’t see the bad plug and u said it was a NEW TIRE. I have the proof and I will be seeing you in court. You are just a GRIMY hood dude getting over on good people. My review isn’t the only one saying you rendered poor services. So please lets get Real because u are ABSOLUTELY fake.. the fact u didn’t call back or text back says a WHOLE LOT. My rim was NEVER CRACKED the tire was fixed by another company today. The tire was flat an hour later captain obvious . When I called back u didn’t answer lol… U also put the wrong valve on for the air genius… call me back and tell me what u need to say. Don’t worry I’m going down to the courts tomorrow to file on ur company. U could kill people selling faulty tires. And if you aren’t able to weld then why did u say u fixed a crack in my rim. Also was I suppose to not pay? I’m not a thief like you. I TRUSTED u to do the right thing.. People can see on my Facebook page the obvious shady work. To accuse a customer of lying with pictures and videos with professional tire people saying u did horrible is crazy.. Oh and I have had this truck for years, nice try buddy.

We called them they said they would get here as fast as they can and they did and they put the tire on fast and they where very nice and they did a fantastic job thank you

I recently had a disappointing experience with Tire Buddies recently. After a tire popped, I called them because they offer mobile services and quoted me $160. The technician arrived and took my tire to their truck to work on it, which took over an hour instead of the estimated 30 minutes due to their truck getting stuck. During this time, I did not hear any communication from them and had to call after an hour to find out what was going on. I was understanding of the delay. However, after the tire was installed, my steering wheel began to shake due to a tire imbalance. I called and left a voicemail that night but received no response. The next morning, I called again, explaining that I needed to leave for an out-of-town trip by 11 AM. They informed me that they don't do tire balancing, which I wish I had known earlier. I took my car to Discount Tires, where I was told the tire was too old, unsafe, and balding. I had explicitly told Tire Buddies before they came out that I needed a good tire because I would be traveling out of town the next morning. Despite this, I felt misled because, despite calling them five times and leaving multiple voicemails while I was at Discount Tires, they did not return my calls. When I finally reached them, I was told that Discount Tires often tries to sell new tires, implying their assessment might be a sales tactic. Despite this, I felt unassured about the safety of the tire I had purchased. I requested that I still pay for the labor but didn't feel it was fair to pay for the tire itself, which I used for only 30 minutes. However, it has been four business days with no response from their accountant. Overall, the poor communication and quality of service left me frustrated and without a resolution. If you're someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars and finds yourself stuck, I would recommend steering clear of this service. I didn’t have a spare on me so I went with this business and wish I didn’t. Edit to reply to the response: AS PER MY INITAL REVIEW: 1. Initial Communication and Relay: When the technician took the tire to the truck, I did not receive any communication for over an hour, and I had to call to find out what was going on. 2. Tire Condition and Safety: I explicitly mentioned needing a good tire for an out-of-town trip the next day. Discount Tires informed me the tire was unsafe and too old, which is why they wouldn't balance it. This isn't just a marketing strategy—it's a safety concern. 3. Efforts to Contact: I called multiple times and left voicemails while at Discount Tires but received no response. This left me without guidance during a critical time. 4. Refund Request: I requested a partial refund to cover the tire, not the labor. I was willing to pay for the service but felt it was unfair to pay for a tire deemed unsafe shortly after installation. While I initially appreciated the mobile service, the subsequent issues with communication, tire safety, and lack of follow-up have been frustrating. My review reflects my genuine experience and concerns. FYI, IF I had just “wanted money back” I could simply have demanded a refund. Call, harass, and demand a refund. Yet I allowed you guys some time and grace. Along with that, I only asked for a partial refund or to discuss so we could meet halfway. This is the first time in my life that I ever had to go this far and write a bad review. The response from you just further proves that you guys are indeed unprofessional. Have a good day.

Incredibly fast and very friendly. Called them at 1:32pm to put on my spare tire and was back on the road at 2:15pm. Just fabulous!

We called them when we ran over a bolt and were an hour away from home! They got our location and once they got there it was the easiest 15 minutes. We were still able to meet our friends for dinner and appreciate tire buddies so so much!
