Beware, I DO NOT recommend! Had my jeep here to get a couple tires, brakes and ignition switch done. Took 3 weeks and the took my spare off and used that as one of my tires I was buying. I guess they couldn’t get my tire off so they decided to torch my rim and destroy it without telling me and put the cover over it so I didn’t notice until I had a flat. Check the photo out! Ridiculous!!

Copy of an article that I posted on Facebook. Sometimes you meet people and think, "I wish there were more people like this". Recently my car wouldn't start. I finally got it started and took it to a local business to have the battery checked. They said it checked as good. A couple days later, the battery was completely dead and I could smell sulfur. I called AAA and they sent someone from Carpenters (now bought out and is Mercer Auto Wreckers). The young man who came was great. I take my car to a garage, they changed the very expensive battery. Then told me the sulfur smell was because my Catalic converter was breaking down. They referred me to Glod's in Hubbard. There (I assume it was Mr. Glod,)listened to what I was told him, he honestly said he didn't believe it was the converter and he sent me to Tim's auto on Youngstown Hubbard Rd. There they checked the converter and said that it was fine but they thought that I had a wheel bearing going bad. I took it back to get that fixed. Turned out they were all also okay. So they sent me on my way. They were very nice and honest. After all of that, the sulfur smell was from the battery, which I thought was it all along. I was very impressed with the kindness and honesty of both of these business.

Back in November had a coolant problem. They, misdiagnosed the problem, got a 600 dollar radiator fan replaced when it wasn't needed. Now that fan they put into my car caused a hole in a hose for my transmission fluid, which made my car break down, had to get it towed to my main mechanics. Then when i explain this to this place, they want me to bring the car to them which would be ANOTHER tow. It didnt seem they liked the idea of reimbursement, i have pictures as proof of everything. So I wont be going back here.

Good garage to deal with. Very good prices. Very knowledgeable. Upfront and honest. Now in these days it's hard to find people like that. My experience with the garage was always a good one. Been using that location for a long time and never had a bad experience. Always fixed my issues and never had any problems with the issues that was fixed. Again I would highly recommend Tim's auto for all your service needs. Thank you Tim for all the good service you done for my family and I.
