He has always given us very reasonable and affordable repair quotes, at times saving us hundreds of dollars of other shop quotes. I've recommended him to friends and family , they all go to him now.

After getting a nail in my tire I realized the original owner never gave me the key to my lug nuts and I was stuck I called several shops in town who turned me away and wouldn’t give me the time of day Jared at Tilley’s Auto said “bring it in all take care of you” Without Jared my car would still be stuck Life saver Honest work Empathetic Expertise All words I would use to describe my experience

I wouldn’t give him 1 star! He misdiagnosed a problem and charged me $900.00 and said he guaranteed the repair. I brought it back a day or 2 later and he had another company do a repair on it. Still had same problem. He then said he never guaranteed the diagnosis. This guy is a liar and does very poor quality work. He put in a transmission harness in and never wrapped the wires in the black plastic loom and also ran it over my hot exhaust pipe. Additionally he disconnected my check engine light (the aod) to trick me into thinking I had no more codes. One more thing I got the vehicle back and it was 2 1/2 quarts low on transmission fluid. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Tilly Automotive. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP with No INTEGRITY. The DMV will also be notified

Let's talk about some amazing people. I was down on my luck staying in an rv. My back 2 tires blew on us so we couldn't drive. The owners along with another shop saved our lives. They purchased 2 tires and had them installed for us at the same time. This got my family back on the road. These people are amazing and they care. If they cared about my family, they will care about yours and your vehicle.... thanks again Tilley's

After finding out that Jared cross connected my O2 sensors that I had him put in AND left them laying against the hot exhaust where they were not destined to survive I contracted him. He said that he would send me a check to reimburse me for the labor which I was willing to accept. No one does this bad of a job on purpose I figured. This was on December 13th. Today is January 21. Almost 6 weeks to send me a check? He said my check was in the mail but we've all heard that before. When the check finally arrived it had scribbles all over it saying that I "no longer have a warranty for the"work". Seriously, the work was bad to begin with so why would I ever go back there thinking anything would be right? I wish him well but he's lost my family business for good. UPDATE. I did not stop "at another shop to have similar work done" as they responded with . I went to a very professional shop with at least 8 lifts and professional mechanics that specialize in my type of car repair (they took digital pics of the mess to give me before fixing it themselves) because nothing was fixed and Jared wanted me to pay an additional $350 to have my computer reset, which is risky, because the check engine light was still on and the car had the same codes after his "repair" of over $1000. It turns out that was not even necessary so I could have been out $350 more and possibly needed a new computer which would have totaled my car. Additionally, I had asked Jared and was specifically told that the kid, Caleb, only did oil changes. So are you being untruthful now or then? Regardless, your shop did horrific work and then made me wait for over a month for your partial refund only paying me after I finally offered to take you to court as a remedy. As I said, I have documented pics and a written statement from the shop that actually corrected the problem after finding it for me.
