I bought a new 4Runner in 2024 from Briston. He is great, which is why many of my friends have also bought from him. Today, I was very impressed with the new Toyota Service Manager, Andy McCue. I went to speak to him after I had a minor disagreement with a service advisor regarding warranty coverage. Andy made it clear his top priority was to take care of the customer, and he certainly did.

Big shout out to Chris in the service department. We had an issue with the turbo charger on our Buick encore. He found an additional coverage from the manufacturer that saved us thousands of dollars. We were in and out in a timely manner. Very professional.

Have been here to get my vehicle serviced a few times, it’s always been convenient, efficient and welcoming. The waiting area is very comfortable and the communication is amazing. This is easily the best vehicle service center I’ve ever used.

Highly recommend Thompsons Toyota! I had a leaking oil filter after my service there and called when I was in town (I’m an hour away) and Hunter was able to fit my truck in right away to correct the problem. He even had my fuel topped off for the inconvenience! Both interactions I’ve had here have been great! I highly recommend Hunter & The Thompsons Toyota Team to all my friends and family! Will be back again for my future service needs.
