Thomas Towing

My experience with Thomas Towing, particularly with their manager Kyle, was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. While I understand that towing situations can be stressful, the way I was treated made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. After multiple attempts to contact the company via email to get clarification on fees and procedures, I received no response. When I spoke to Kyle over the phone, he told me that he was not going to respond to my emails. When I later asked him in person why he ignored my emails and didn’t respond he said, “Because I don’t have to.” This statement felt dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional, especially when I was simply trying to resolve an already overwhelming situation. As a Black woman, I also felt that my concerns were being dismissed in a way that seemed racially biased. His attitude and refusal to engage respectfully left me feeling unheard and marginalized as a customer. Towing companies provide an essential service, but customers deserve respect, transparency, and professionalism, especially in difficult situations. I hope Thomas Towing evaluates how they treat customers and ensures their staff upholds basic standards of decency and fairness.

The business itself is a complete scam. Towed my car because they noticed expired registration and had to go through hell and back to get my car. They drive around and find people to tow, weird they like making money off screwing other people over instead of waiting for a call. In general just a sucky place if I ever get towed again I hope its not to there

The other day two men came to unlock my car door due too me getting the keys locked inside they open the fort after 15-20 minutes of struggling they open it and the edge of my car door is ruined because they kept trying to jam the spacer they had into my door

Operator kindly accelerated our request and Jesus was very helpful when we were stuck. Can’t speak to their towing operations but roadside rescue was professional and really appreciated.
