She made us feel at ease through every step of the process, which is no small feat after an accident. Loan and her team handled everything with such care, keeping us informed and reassured. When we picked up our vehicle, we were absolutely blown away—it looked brand new! It's rare to come across such a combination of skill, attention to detail, and true customer care. I got rear ended unfortunately but I didn’t worry much because I know insurance will cover for sure and that I have a super reliable place to go to whenever this happens to me. The shop manager Loan takes care of directing me on what I need to do and arranged for my car rental to be ready when I drop off the car for the work. Within just a few days, all work is done, car is restored! I just leave the rental there and off I go! Thank you Loan and crew for a job well done as always! It’s awesome to know a place that does great work and with excellent people who care for their customers. You are the best!

This review is long overdue as I have taken my car her a few times. Each time they were amazing. Loan, who works the front desk is super responsive and communicative. What I love most about Tho's Auto Collision is they conduct business with honesty and integrity. I was quoted a labor rate to have my lights fixed which was perfect and fit my budget. After completion, Loan said that since it took less time, they ended up charging me less for labor. I'm not sure most auto repair shops would do this. Because of this, they have earned all of my future business and I will refer my friends and family as well.

I took our older 4-Runner to Tho's for repair of a dent and refresh of the hood and door paint. As this was an out-of-pocket repair I appreciated their very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The truck looks much better! Loan is a pleasure to work with. Great service and great results. Thanks, Tho's!

I usually dont do reviews at all but i gotta give credit where credit is due… one of my biggest concerns when it comes to paint jobs is color matching… with that being said ill let the picture speak for itself… im very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional work done to their car…. I cant even put into words the feeling of joy and appreciation i get when i look at my car… thank u guys
