I called this location and get an appointment after one week when I drop off my truck it took them 6 days to look at it then they told me I have to wait from a week to two weeks waiting time so they can start working on it because lot of people before me. This a brand new truck bought from Mercedes dealer with a thermoking unit wish is supposed to be under warranty. Then they told me the problem is how ever installed the unit wish is thermoking caused the problem. So I paid 485.15 diagnosis took my truck and go look somewhere else to fix it . If any of this make sense just tell me

I wanted to leave a review on the EXCELLENT SERVICE our company received from TKS this past weekend. We had an event, our refrigerator unit wasn’t working and ALL Refrigerator services were closed. TKS was the only provider open/ available 24/7!. They have on call mechanics ready and willing to come to you for emergency services, an May I add this was a BIG emergency!!. They sent us one of the BEST mechanics I ever experienced in my life, His Name was “BOBBY” when I tell you this man was amazing, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough!. He fixed the unit for us got her running and we was able to get to our event on time without any issues, problems, or delays. I want to say thank you to the whole TKS staff for helping us and making our experience memorable.
