I recently visited The Tire Warehouse in Clifton Park, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of professionals who were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly. Their upbeat demeanor and willingness to help made the experience both smooth and enjoyable. Smiles were all around, which added a welcoming touch that you don’t often find in many service centers. A standout employee during my visits was David. His exceptional customer service and attentiveness made a strong impression on me. He was patient, thorough in explaining my options, and ensured that I felt confident about the work being done. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to providing a positive experience, and I truly appreciated his efforts. While one gentleman behind the counter did seem a bit aggravated on both of my visits, this didn’t affect me or my overall experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I don’t hold it against him. However, I do feel it’s worth noting for others who might have different expectations. What truly sets The Tire Warehouse apart is their pricing. I was quoted half the price of what Midas wanted for the same work—labor included! Their transparency and fairness in pricing are commendable, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice. Overall, I cannot recommend The Tire Warehouse enough. Their combination of professionalism, excellent customer service, and unbeatable pricing has won me over as a loyal customer. I will absolutely be returning for any future tire or auto service needs, and I encourage anyone in the area to give them a try.

Brought it in for new tires and Joe Perry calls to tell me my struts are “falling off”. Says I need new struts and sway bar links to the tune of $1200. Funny thing when I got it home and did a strut test and examination everything was fine. Never going back

I originally went to them.for tires 4 of them. It took 3 hours. Today I made a 12 noon appointment for rotation. At 1pm they pulled my vehicle in for the rotation. While in there I said look at my front end it occasionally makes a strand noise and vibrates upon take off. They came back and said it was the lower strut mounts and would cost 12- 1300. JOE PERRY says to me change those struts w/ sway bar links. These two things are independent of each other plus I had the links change previous to this appointment. So my question is how well did you really look at my front end if you couldn't tell the links are new? And where does it say , in a book or from another mechanic, that both struts and links ARE to be changed together no it's ands or buts? So buy tires from them only, be prepared for hours and hours of waiting, and do not get mechanical work done with them some misinformation is being told.

I was up visiting my sister and had a nail in my tire. Joe was able to get me a new tire right away and my car was ready within an hour. Joe was awesome - friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Took my vehicle there to be looked over before an inspection. Was told that my vehicle needed new tire rods and a ball joint along with new tires. Waited almost 5 hours to be told that the wrong parts were brought over twice and to come back another day. A whole morning wasted for nothing. Brought my vehicle to another shop to find out I only needed new brakes and tires. This shop tried to rip me off on parts I didn't even need and made me wait hours for nothing and still charged me hundreds of dollars. The sad thing is I've been a customer for years and will never be back. Please look elsewhere to get your vehicle fixed.
