Wow! German and his team did a first class job on my E450. It looks factory new, and he saved me $9,000! Royal got the job done for a great price, and fast too. I just got my car back and they even detailed it inside and it smells great! They don't even clean my car like this when I get it back from the dealer. These guys are aces. I will be a loyal customer for life!

German doesn’t give free estimates without badgering you relentlessly about who referred you to him. If it’s from a dealership that he’s trying to get his foot in the door, then he might give you an estimate. If you don’t have a good referral reference then he doesn’t have time for you and he will show you where the door is. You aren’t a valued customer here.

Was referred to royal collision center by a friend & had the pleasure of working with Tony & his team after my car was hit by an uninsured driver. I had never been in a car accident especially being parked but Tony made the entire process easy and walked me through the entire process step by step. Absolutely amazing service and work!! Had a great experience & would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs to their vehicle.

I have had to bring my car into Royal Collision several times, and each time they have made the process a breeze. They do amazing work, have a pretty quick turn around, and have friendly staff. They also handle all the details with insurance if there’s any changes to the job, and provide convenient transportation to/from rental car locations. I can’t see myself choosing any other shop in the future.

In response to German’s response: Unfortunately your reply further proves you have no ethics and have no problem publicly lying. As a matter of fact, My brother was the person who called your shop because his vehicle was needing the repair and not once did you ask his name. Inventing a fake phone call with someone you’ve never talked to is a very creative way to circumvent your behavior as a business owner. Even if your hole in the wall shop did halfway decent body work, why would anyone want to support your arrogance and dishonest behavior? If you enjoy this kind of person, by all means, bring your car by the royal just for German to act as though he is better than you and take to the internet to lie instead of apologize. Great job man, keep it up
