I was passing through the area when my windshield was damaged by ice falling off a passing vehicle. Based on my circumstances, The Glass Company squeezed me into their busy schedule. They were kind, efficient, and helpful. I really appreciated their service!

If I could leave a zero start I would. Worst customer service experience ever. I call a week ago to price replacement glass for my vehicle door mirrors and talked to a male and a female. I call back 6 days later and ask about the quote they were supposed to get me. The lady says I wasnt here last week and was very snobby and I said this is no way to run a business. After this she got vulgar and proceeded to make an excuse that her father died today and she didnt have to deal with me as a customer. So I didnt know that businesss stopped when someone is grieving about the passing of someone. The 2 employees should have done their work last week. That's not on her. They have nothing to do with her father passing. I think it was her that took my order and realized she made a mistake and didnt want to own up to it. She hung the phone up on me if you're grieving that much close the business cause us customers dont need to deal with an attitude when you're the one in business to make money. This sure isnt the way. I'll go pay the salvage yard for them instead. I'd recommend not going here anymore. They are terrible. Hope she closes the business not that her daddy died cause she sure cant run anything

My window broke on my vehicle, I went to them for a crash wrap, which is a.sticky plastic. They never wiped dust off, left gaps between it and my vehicle and 3 miles out of town it blew off. To top it off they were quite rude.
