Had my power steering pump go out on my Mustang and car guys came in clutch to fix it that same hour I brought it in and the guys took care of me. I had stuff to do that day and I’m Glad they were there and did a good job for a good and reasonable price.

I brought my car in last week because it had two lights on;engine light and engine power reduced light. I still had (CarMax care) . They said they were going to call me the next day but they did not. I called instead to find out what was going on. The guy said that there is nothing wrong with the car. That I, not CarMax needed to pay the diagnostic fee. I believe they charged CarMax and myself. If there was nothing wrong with it I would not be bringing it in losing time and money. The engine sounds like it is struggling. I recommend you go elsewhere. I am.
