These guys are beyond awesome! They.Hooked.It.Up!!! I shopped 4 states and The Bike Boss not only saved me money but they saved me enough that I was able to afford my wild bore floorboards for the same price everyone else want just the wheels and tires! Not only that but they gave me a free t-shirt, mounted my tires to the wheels and then mounted my wheels on and installed my floorboards for me!!! Hands down the best customer service and they’ll work as hard as they come to gain your business!! Ima forever customer after today!!

I’m from central Kentucky and was staying at a motel near their shop when my pupper got away. They brought her in and kept her safe until I happened to stop in to see if they had seen her. And there she was. What wonderful people!!! This is the kind of dog many people would have kept for themselves. I offered a reward but they wouldn’t have any part of that. I can’t speak about their work but can speak of their character. Thank you all so very much!!!!

Terrible all around experience. All I needed was a carb clean and jets cleaned out and gave them a carb rebuild kit. They said it would take a few days a week later I call them no answer or return call. Call again a few days later they say they are just now getting to it. Another week, said still working on it it’s not staying running. Call again no answer. I say I just wanna come get the bike. They said the owner is on his way to do it himself and look it over. Same thing. I come get it and have to load it myself and got charged $400. Gas lines were all disconnected and leaking all in my bed. It was all taken apart screws barely in. Take it to another shop and tell them what happened. 10 min after I left he calls me and has me come back to show me in person that they never installed my rebuild kit at all. And the reason it wasn’t running was because they put the slide back in upside down. The woman I spoke with was rude and saying how they know what they’re doing I didn’t give them enough time etc. long story short DONT GO HERE.

I was traveling through the area on a week long trip and was having chain problems for the 2nd time and needed another adjustment to make the final miles back to the Chicago area. I was about 20 minutes away from the Bike Boss and called ahead and let them know my situation. They said come on in and we will make the adjustment for you. Not only did I make it home on the chain they did the adjustment for free! Cool shop that seems to work on anything motorcycles, atv's, and it even looked like bicycles also (I could be wrong on that). Also there was two friendly dogs in the shop as an extra bonus!

Bike Boss is GREAT to work with. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced, and communicate very well. Several shops were unwilling to work on my Arctic Cat, so I had to drive an hour to work with Bike Boss, but it was worth it.
