The best auto-shop experience I have had anywhere, ever. In fact, the Auto Works is one of the best retail/service experiences I've had in my 53 years. Family-owned, trustworthy, expert and experienced. Clean as a whistle shop. Was invited to the back to look under my car to see what's going on. One part of my life is figured out - car care! My daughter & I experienced a significant problem with the fuel tank system of our Audi while returning to Canada over the Easter weekend. Despite being fully booked, Auto Works agreed to look at our car on an urgent basis and got us back on the road the next day. Very grateful for their help and caring customer service.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in because I got an alert for my coolant levels while on my way to work in big sky. They were so accommodating and able to help me right away. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here, considering I have two foreign cars.

This is great shop with good customer service, good communication, fair pricing, and high quality work. I have used The Auto Works for all service and repairs on my VW GTI for the last 6+ years. They have always been very honest, fair, and up-front with me. They never try to push unnecessary services or repairs and they have followed up extensively to ensure issues are properly fixed.

They didn't register my battery in my BMW after replacing it, leading to battery malfunctions and other electrical issues. My lead-acid battery was registered as an AGM.
