We have been coming to this location for service for years. They are friendly with me and my young son. They are knowledgeable and so kind. We have never had an issue here and appreciate the way they make us feel welcome every single time.

I made a service appointment several days ahead. I was told they could look at everything and fix it during the appointment and it shouldn't take long so I could wait. I brought my Honda in for service appointment. I had a few other major things to add on to the list but I figured I needed to schedule it for another day and time. Once I got there the service guy reviewed my list and I had to explain what was going on. I added a few other things and he went on that it would take several hours just for the original list but it would be longer for the additional items. The service guy and service manager continued to talk over me and ignore my concerns. None of my concerns were addressed. I asked for the general manager, they said he was at Dodge. I called the Dodge they said he was at Honda. The service with Thayer is horrible.
