NOTE: I will update this review if and when I receive my car back in the pristine condition that it was in when dropped off at the Tesla Service Center in Syosset. In the meantime... I brought my car to the Tesla Service Center at the beginning of December for an issue with the front suspension. After fixing the vehicle, there was an "incident" at the service center: a forklift punctured my front bumper. The service center notified me of the incident and took full responsibility, stating that they would fix the issue, and that since their "authorized repair center" would be doing the repairs it would have no impact on the value of my vehicle. Fast forward over a month later to when my car was finally "ready"... imagine my frustration when I see my car and the front bumper is completely misaligned! Uneven gap between the fender and bumper on the left side (1/8 inch gap near the hood and no gap at the fender), a half-inch variance in the height of the hood over the bumper on the drivers side... completely unacceptable! It should have never left Don Joe in this condition, let alone be presented to me looking like that! Hopefully Tesla and Don Joe can get their act together and do the repairs properly this time around.
