Terminal Air Brake Supply

Initially we were very grateful to the owner for spending time after hours trying to get a new Jake brake installed on our RV prior to a family move cross country during Covid. After about a week in the shop, the Jake brake was installed. We soon discovered that the wiring for our newly installed stereo had been disrupted for the Jake brake without our knowledge. On the 2nd day of our journey, we noticed that the headlight switch was getting hot to the touch. Unknown to us, the original switch had been replaced with different connectors and the system melted. Then as we approached warmer temperatures in Wyoming, we discovered that our new air conditioner compressor was not receiving any power, and a mechanic said the wires had been disconnected, but there was such a tangle of wires that he would need another day to trace it. We are traveling with an elderly parent (91) and pets, beginning our journey with no lights, air conditioning or radio, and have had to stop to have each system repaired along the trip. All of these systems were functioning perfectly before our visit to Terminal Air Brakes. Again, the manager, Larry, is a very kind man who seemed genuinely concerned about us and took extra time to help. I'm not sure where the problem lies, unless the mechanics need more training in electrical work. Please be advised!

They corrected some prior work done. They got the work done it could have been faster. But overall was satisfied with the work and would recommend them for service. The prices are fair!

They couldn't help me with my trailer short. They no longer work on equipment.
